A Court of Protection specialist, Jane Bennett was a partner in London City/Westminster law firms for several years prior to setting up her own business in 2012.
Jane has built her own practice by empowering and protecting clients in vulnerable circumstances and has built a team of like-minded individuals to ensure the firm maintains a professional, client-centred and empathetic approach at all times. She has vast experience of handling financial and care / welfare matters under the Court of Protection, and has a significant number of clients for whom she acts as financial deputy and professional trustee. She also advises lay deputies and trustees.
Jane also acts as an expert witness in catastrophic injury and high value claims in relation to professional deputy and trustee matters and regularly trains fellow professionals in this field.
Jane has been ranked by the prestigious The Legal 500 for many years and is currently one of just 6 lawyers to make their 2024 Hall of Fame for Court of protection. She is also ranked individually in the renowned Chambers ratings.
