“ Despite various challenges due to the pandemic, 2021 has been another successful year for JE Bennett Law.  I’m very proud of how the team has worked so hard to support our clients throughout, and from a business perspective, we have managed to deliver another successful year.  We’ve seen both, our deputyship client base grow significantly, and the demand for our expert witness work grow exponentially.  We continue to experience growth fuelled by a combination of direct private client instructions; referrals from the public sector and private businesses, together with recommendations from other law firms.

This success is underpinned by the firm’s growing reputation in the specialist vulnerable client field.  We continue to receive great client feedback, and from a personal perspective I’m delighted to be ranked in Chambers and to be included in the Legal 500’s Hall of Fame.  That said, I’m most proud of the recognition given to the wider team, with our partners Richard, Amy and Lorna all receiving personal recognition in the Legal 500 this year, and the firm maintaining its high ranking.

This is due to the individual and collective passion, experience and expertise of our team who do not hesitate to go the extra mile to deliver the best possible service for our clients and referrers.

With a growing client list comes an opportunity to expand the team, we have taken this opportunity and welcomed five exceptional individuals to the firm.  We have further new hires joining us in early 2022.

Although 2021 is ending in many ways as it began, with unprecedented and difficult times for everybody, we will remain committed to providing an excellent quality of service to all our clients and referrers in 2022.  Finally, last but by no means least, I’d like to extend a big thank you to all our clients and referrers for your support and encouragement throughout the year and wish you all a peaceful and healthy Christmas and New Year. ”
