JE Bennett Law is delighted to announce Jemma Cahan’s partnership. Jemma has been at the firm for three years working closely with Managing Partner Jane Bennett and specialises in catastrophic brain injury Court of Protection work. She previously worked as a clinical negligence lawyer for a number of years.

Jane highlights what Jemma brings to the team: “Jemma has developed the skills necessary to handle the most complex cases in short order, having experienced Court of Protection cases as a litigator.
