To take advantage of this service:
Send us your files, the deputyship order and details of the fee earners and their grades to ben@jebennettlaw.co.uk. We will then prepare the bill and return it to you for you to send to the Senior Courts Costs Office for assessment. A time recording printout is also helpful in determining whether a short form bill of costs or a detailed 3 column bill is required.
